All product is sold in case packs of 10 / Suiteskirts are sold in case packs of 5.

LEAD TIMES

US Stocked items are approximately 1-3 weeks

Stocked Fabric for finished goods 6-12 weeks

Non-stocked Fabric 16 weeks

**CNY delays typical lead time – Orders after November subject to 5-6 month lead time

Order initiates when deposits are received. If stocked items are not available when deposit is received, the items will be ordered with a 16 week lead time. Production will be scheduled after receipt of deposit.

Lead time is subject to change according to:

Received date of deposit and Bed Measure Form.

**Standard Tailored Bedskirts are discontinued as of July 1st, 2020. Suiteskirts will be standardized to fit one size.

RESTOCKING FEE.

We do not take returns, all sales are final.

50% deposit to initiate order and balance prior to delivery

We gladly accept checks, ACH and wire transfer and all credit cards

DELIVERY TIME

Not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, war, government action, accident, labor trouble or shortage or inability to obtain material, equipment or transportation. If resulting delay occurs, shipments may be suspended and resumed upon removal of such cause.

FREIGHT CLAIMS AND DAMAGE

All products must be inspected upon delivery.

STORAGE FEES

Completed order will be held for 14 days free of charge. Storage charge will be assessed at $25/day, starting on the 15th day.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Commercial Wash and Dry. Do not wash / dry with towels or dry clean. Do not press or iron boxspring covers. Ironing will eliminate stretch in the fabric. Suiteskirts and tailored skirts may require ironing to remove wrinkles.
